Dave Bonaccorso

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer

Dave Bonaccorso leads Bank of Marin’s Finance, Accounting, and Treasury teams. He joined the Bank in August 2023 as treasurer and played a critical role in the Bank’s 2024 balance sheet and repositioning activities.

Bonaccorso—who began his career in the financial services sector in 1995—previously served as the treasurer of Rabobank, N.A. and Mechanics Bank from January 2018 to September 2023. Earlier in his career, he provided fixed income and equity markets services to over 200 west coast banks while employed at Wells Fargo Securities, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, FIG Partners, and Hoefer & Arnett.

He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation as well as bachelor’s degrees in business administration and philosophy from University of Southern California and a master’s degree in accountancy from University of Illinois.

A Bay Area native, Bonaccorso volunteers with Kentfield School District and Kentfield Futbol Club and, in his spare time, enjoys playing sports and music. He resides in Marin County with his family.
