Attention QuickBooks, Quicken and Mint Users
Let us guide you through the transition to Bank of Marin’s digital banking platform
American River Bank is migrating to Bank of Marin’s digital banking system on March 21, 2022.
There will be no access to digital banking services (including online, mobile and telephone banking) from March 18 at 4:00 PM PT to March 21 at 7:00 AM PT. This system conversion will require you to make changes to your QuickBooks and Quicken software.
Please take a moment to review and complete the instructions below to ensure a smooth transition.
All the conversion instructions outline two key dates and critical actions:
1st Action Date: March 17, 2022
The first step in preparing for the system conversion is to perform data file backup and a final transaction download by 6:00 PM PT on March 17, 2022. Please make sure to complete the final download, as transaction history might not be available after the system conversion.
2nd Action Date: March 21, 2022 after 7:00 AM PT
After the system conversion is complete on March 21, 2022 after 7:00 AM PT, you can complete the final steps outlined in the conversion instructions below. First, you will deactivate your American River Bank online connection. Second, you will activate a new connection with Bank of Marin.
