Bank of Marin's Positive Pay is a web-based fraud detection tool. It reduces the risk of fraud by continually monitoring checks issued by the business with those presented for payment at the bank.
For companies that require timely deposit and efficient processing of their receivables, Bank of Marin offers Automated Lockbox. This service will collect, deposit, and report your receivables to you daily and will eliminate time consuming in-house processing. Current, accurate customer payment information enables accurate cash forecasting.
Monthly bank statements and paid checks are imaged (front and back) and are available on CD-ROM for efficient paid check storage and retrieval. This image technology allows customers to perform easy in-house research of paid checks and to print copies of checks and statements. With the combined statement feature, customers can receive all bank statements on one convenient CD-ROM.
This service provides consolidation of Bank of Marin funds into one concentration account. Activity in the zero balance account is automatically offset on a daily basis from the concentration account, thereby maintaining a constant balance of zero.
A Bank of Marin Valet Banker can pick-up deposits or other materials to be delivered to the Bank from your place of business. This service can be conducted on a regular schedule or on a "will call" basis.
